MarknStamp HD16 (SIA 53) Compact Pneumatic Integration Marking Head

The HD16 (SIA 53) represents the most compact solution in the MarknStamp SIA Series of integration heads. It is engineered specifically for Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) and robotic cells where the marking head must fit into restricted envelopes. Despite its small size, it does not compromise on durability; it features a Robust Aluminum Body and utilizes High Precision LM Guides on both axes to ensure linear, vibration-free movement. This pneumatic unit comes standard with protective bellows to seal out industrial dust and debris. It connects seamlessly to the MarknStamp CN03 Touch Screen Controller via a 16-pin military-grade connector. The head ships with a standard LP10 stylus but is versatile enough to accept various optional styluses (LP06, PH16, HF12, HF06) to suit different material hardness and depth requirements.
