MarknStamp HD18 (EM SIA 155) Electromagnetic Large Format Integration Marking Head

The HD18 (EM SIA 155) is the flagship large-format model in the MarknStamp SIA Series of electromagnetic integration heads. It combines the wide marking area of the pneumatic HD10 with the silent, air-free operation of the HD17. Constructed with a Robust Aluminum Body, it houses High Precision LM Guides on both axes to ensure linear, vibration-free motion. Designed specifically for machine builders, this "Integration Head" strips away manual handles for a streamlined profile that fits easily into robotic cells or custom gantries. It offers a standard marking window of 150mm x 50mm, which can be adapted to 120mm x 40mm when equipped with optional Rexin bellows for dust protection. The unit connects securely to the MarknStamp CN07 Touch Screen Controller via a 16-pin military-grade connector.
