The SPRD155 is built for applications where standard marking depth is insufficient. It utilizes a Pneumatic Dotted Stylus (HF-20) to achieve significant penetration into hard metals, ensuring marks remain visible even after painting, galvanizing, or coating. The unit features high-precision LM Guides on both X and Y axes for smooth, linear motion. Designed for operator stability, it includes a front supporting handle and a rear combo handle, along with a flat front fixture equipped with a 'V' groove and rectangular permanent magnets to securely hold onto the component during operation. It requires an external Touch Screen Controller (CN03) and a compressed air source to operate.
